```Overview```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive drinking/dining experience for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Make food orders as needed
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
- Assist with bussing duties as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience using Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred, not required
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with the food industry and menu items
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- If hired, a MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) and FHP (Food Handlers Permit) will be required.
