Welcome to the homepage of the ‘Building Our Future’ scholarship fundraising campaign. This Perry Technical Foundation program features the opportunity for students from the Carpentry & Construction Technology, Electrical Technology, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology, and Plumbing Technician programs to put their new hands-on skills to work in the real world as they construct a home from the ground up. As a result, profits made from the sale of the home benefit student scholarships at Perry Tech regardless of a student’s program.
To date, more than $865,000 has been raised through the student-built home campaign. Much of the materials, products, and non-student labor used in the construction of each home has been discounted through our generous sponsors listed below. These companies realize the role in industry our students will likely play upon graduation and allow the impact of the funds raised to be even greater through their generosity.
