We’re currently looking for part-time team members to work within The Home Depot stores in Yakima and Tri Cities, setting leads for our Comfort Advisors. This position offers flexible retail hours and would be a great way for students to gain hands-on experience in sales while continuing their education. It’s an excellent entry point into the trade from a sales perspective, and for those who excel, it can serve as a direct pathway to a full-time field role upon graduation!

As an HVAC In-Store Sales Lead Generator, you will work inside Home Depot locations, engaging with customers and generating high-quality leads for our HVAC services. Your success will come from strong communication, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet sales targets.
We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent spiffs for leads scheduled and sold!
Pay Range: $16.66/hr + Spiffs for Leads Scheduled & Sold

Skills Required for Success:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or lead generation (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a passion for engaging with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase customer interaction
• Willingness/ability to work day shifts, weekends, and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals
• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence in stores
• Travel to assigned Home Depot locations within the DFW Metroplex (assigned to a specific store but may move between two stores based on location)
