Duties
Assist experienced plumbers with pipe installation, assembly, and maintenance tasks on construction sites
Handle hand tools and power tools safely to support plumbing system setup and repairs
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and building codes to ensure accurate work
Support pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and installation activities under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Help with plumbing system maintenance and repairs as directed by senior team members
Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a secure work environment for everyone involved
Qualifications
Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipe installation and maintenance techniques
Experience with welding, power tool safety, and interpreting technical drawings is a plus
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills using hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and pipe sizing
Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and building code compliance
Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude when interacting with team members and clients
