Residential Plumber — Tier 1–4
Benson Remodeling is hiring full-time residential plumbers across Tier 1 through Tier 4 experience levels. We welcome apprentices through experienced licensed plumbers who take pride in quality repairs, clear communication, and excellent customer service.
What you’ll do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems in single-family homes
Perform service calls, re-pipes, water-main repairs, fixture installations, and complex diagnostic work
Use specialized equipment including sewer cameras, drain snakes, repress equipment, and PEX expanders
Document job-site conditions with photos; perform invasive diagnostic work and attic inspections when needed
Complete related flashing and wood-structural roof repairs when required
What we’re looking for
Tier 1–4 candidates are encouraged to apply, from apprentices through licensed residential specialty plumbers
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and a practical, solution-oriented approach
Tier 2 and above: active PL02 Residential Specialty Plumber license preferred
Ability to work independently on diagnostics and service calls at the appropriate experience level
Ability to safely use the tools and equipment required for the work
Schedule and pay
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Occasional weekend or overnight work may be required
$25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on tier, license, and experience
