Full job description
Welcomes patients and visitors to the medical clinic by greeting them in person and on the telephone
Answers inquiries or refer questions to the appropriate staff member
Schedules appointments
Communicates with discretion and professionalism
Maintains the reception area in a neat and orderly condition
Ensures that orders are made timely and stock levels are adequate
Completes accurate documentation of patient visits
Insurance verification and collection of co-payments
Provides positive customer relations in dealing with patients, physicians, families, referral sources, members of the healthcare team, services agencies, and others
Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
