What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance and service calls with professionalism and efficiency
Solve electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues accurately
Communicate repair recommendations clearly with homeowners
Deliver a high-level customer experience without high-pressure sales tactics
Work closely with dispatch and leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Professional communication and customer service skills
Dependable, team-oriented attitude
Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
