About Us:
We are a reputable and growing electrical business based in Yakima, WA, dedicated to providing quality products and services to our clients. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse and Field Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support both our warehouse operations and job site activities, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring materials are readily available
Prepare materials and tools for upcoming jobs, coordinating with the project team to ensure everything is ready on time
Deliver materials and parts to job sites as needed
Assist in organizing, cleaning up, and maintaining job sites for safety and efficiency
Lift, load, and transport materials between the warehouse and job sites
Support the team with miscellaneous tasks, including handling deliveries, picking up parts, or managing returns
Perform general shop clean-up and maintain inventory organization
Assist with tool and equipment management, including performing basic checks for functionality and maintenance
Coordinate with team members for any urgent material needs or logistical tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or field support role is preferred but not required
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 25kg)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of electrical materials or a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
