We are a bustling chiropractic office looking for an organized leader to support our doctors and assist in our practice running smoothly.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Schedule patient appointments
Checking in and outpatients
Collecting co-pays and posting patient payments
Processing new patient intake forms
Reminder calls for all next day new patients
Filing
Recall appointments
Managing patient flow
Managing multi-line phone system
Email, fax, data entry
Assisting the doctor during treatments
Preparing patients for rehab
Charting encounters between doctor and patient
Handing incoming and outgoing referrals

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma/GED required
Medical office experience a plus
Professional and courteous disposition
Excellent communication and time management skills
2+ years’ administrative experience
Experience with Chirotouch a plus
Applicants must also be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills are essential
Bilingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
