Office Assistant

Overview:
● Receive lead calls/client inquiries and forward to sales manager to assign.
● Apply for permits, and coordinate with project manager to schedule inspections.
● Help manage and attend events such as home shows and/or networking events.
● Run errands such as permit payments, check collections, depositing money at the
bank, getting event supplies, etc.
● Provide other administrative and clerical help as needed.
● Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards.
● Assist with accurate job costing.
● Create invoices in QuickBooks and help with billing.
● Other tasks
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
● Knowledge of CRM software is a plus (Customer Relationship Software)
● Knowledge of roofing/construction is a plus
● Excellent organizational and customer service skills
● Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
● Ability to interact with all levels of staff
● Highly driven and self-motivated individual
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● QuickBooks Online
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
