During the first year, hourly employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked. From years 2 to 9, employees accumulate 1.63 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked. For those with 10 or more years of service, the PTO accrual rate increases to 2.39 hours for every 40 hours worked.

Pay Range: $18 to $30
