What You'll Be Doing
Assist experienced installers with residential HVAC system installations
Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and related equipment
Support ductwork installation and job site preparation
Load materials and maintain organized work vehicles and job sites
Learn proper safety procedures, installation practices, and tool usage
Work on residential replacement, new construction, and light commercial projects
Develop the skills needed to eventually run installations independently
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Construction, warehouse, automotive, or trade experience is helpful but not required
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Dependable, team-oriented mindset
Interest in building a long-term career in the trades
