Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)
Tacoma, WA
$25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing accounting department. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and collaborating with great people, you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Do
Process customer invoicing and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and sales tax reporting
Process vendor invoices and payments
Assist with rebates and manufacturer reimbursements
Extract financial reports and data for department leaders
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Support the accounting team with special projects and additional duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or Accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct experience is a plus
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
