Job Summary:
Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for strong candidates who want to become technicians by learning the industry from the ground up. We are purposefully creating a skilled workforce in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) field by providing opportunities for individuals to learn while being paid on the job.
Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Under the direct supervision of a lead installer you will:
Assist in the installation of heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
Learn and develop trade skills
Participate in all training exercises and scheduled meetings
Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
Any other assigned duties as directed by management
Skills and Experience:
Must have basic hand tool knowledge
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Honest and dependable
Self-Motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team
