We’re growing again. With a new shop in Yakima and a backlog of builds we’re proud of, we want to bring on people who can help us keep pace without cutting corners. We’re looking for people who live and breathe custom cars.
Finish Line builds award winning HotRods. We’re not a repair shop, we’re a ground-up custom build house. You’ll be working alongside a great group of techs who take real pride in the craft, not just punching a clock.
Who we want:
• Loves hot rods, trucks and customs
• Has real experience and still wants to keep learning fabrication, mechanical, electrical, CAD/CNC, or paint and body
• Shows up on time, ready to work, no excuses
• Has pride in the work and isn’t afraid, this trade takes years to master
• Wants to build cars people stop and stare at
This isn’t for you if you:
• Need to be micromanaged to stay on task
• Are here for a paycheck, not a craft
• Overstate your skills to get in the door
• Don’t want to keep learning
Skills needed: welding, metal shaping, mechanical fundamentals, electrical, teardown, assembly, fitment, and knowledge of how a real custom build actually comes together.
What we can’t teach: work ethic, pride, and giving a damn about the work. If you don’t already have that, this isn’t the shop for you.
