An Exceptional Medical Assistant Opportunity
New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to work directly alongside Dr. Rachel Fidino, CEO and Master Injector, at our flagship headquarters in Kennewick.
This is not an entry-level position or simply another Medical Assistant job. It is a trusted, highly visible clinical role for someone who takes exceptional pride in patient care, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do
Provide direct clinical support to Dr. Fidino and fellow providers throughout the patient-care day
Prepare patients and treatment rooms for medical and aesthetic appointments
Obtain and accurately document medical histories, medications, vital signs, and clinical information
Assist with medical and aesthetic procedures within an expanded scope
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Provide clear, compassionate patient education and follow-up support
Anticipate provider needs and help maintain an efficient patient flow
Maintain exceptional standards for safety, sanitation, privacy, inventory, and room readiness
Help every patient feel welcomed, respected, informed, and genuinely cared for
Required Qualifications
At least one year of paid, hands-on Medical Assistant experience
Externship or clinical training does not count toward the one-year requirement
Eligible to hold either a Washington Medical Assistant-Certified or Medical Assistant-Registered credential
Strong patient-care, documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Dependable attendance and excellent professional follow-through
Genuine commitment to patient privacy, safety, and compassionate care
National certification is welcomed but is not required. New U may sponsor an eligible employee for Washington Medical Assistant-Registered credentialing.
Preferred Experience
Women’s health, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or another procedure-based specialty
Supporting a busy or highly specialized medical provider
Phlebotomy, injections, clinical photography, medication preparation, or procedure assistance
Athenahealth or other electronic medical record systems

Compensation
$24.00–$25.00 per hour baseline PLUS up to $10,000 in aesthetic treatments
Starting compensation will be based on directly relevant experience, clinical competencies, credentials, specialty background, and demonstrated ability to support a high-performing provider.
