Your Role & Responsibilities
As a 2nd to 4th-year Apprentice, you are a vital part of our field operations. You will:
Assist Journeymen in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial environments.
Begin taking the lead on smaller tasks like device installation, circuit wiring, and panel trimming under supervision.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Operate power tools, testers, and equipment with precision and care.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Current Apprentice Status: Must be a registered Apprentice Electrician (2nd, 3rd, or 4th year).
Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of field experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
Code Knowledge: A working knowledge of the NEC and a desire to deepen that understanding.
Reliability: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and dependable transportation.
Attitude: A "self-starter" mindset with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Tools: Must have your own basic hand tools (we provide the big stuff!).
