Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Expectations and Performance Measures
Learn electrical, and mechanical systems of the saw mill.
Assist in trouble shooting electrical and mechanical issues.
Assist in repair of electrical and mechanical faults.
Preform inspections and preventative maintenance, both electrical and mechanical.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Walk and stand for long periods of time, bend, twist, kneel, stoop and squat.
Ascend and descend stairs/ladders.
Abide by all safety/environmental policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Lead Electrician, Lead Mechanic, and Maintenance Manager.
Required to meet all State of Idaho Electricain requirments to attain journeyman licensure.

Education / Experience / Certification
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Must have an Idaho apprentice electrical card.
official electrical schooling required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to think critically and take proper action.
Detail oriented and work accuracy focus.
Basic electrical and mechanical skills.
Willingness to learn new ideas, abilities, and processes.
Must be a safety minded individual.
Lifting and physical activity is required for this position.
