Job Overview
Must have electrical experience. Seeking experienced Electrical Apprentice who is dependable, motivated, and serious about growing in the trade. Photos on resumes are appreciated. This position will support our licensed electricians on residential and light commercial projects, including remodels, service work, panel upgrades, lighting, device installation, EV charger prep, and general electrical rough-in and trim-out. (I appreciate resumes with pictures on them for what it's worth)
The right candidate should have hands-on electrical experience, a valid Washington electrical trainee card or the ability to maintain one, and a strong willingness to learn. We need someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes direction well, keeps jobsites clean, communicates clearly, and represents the company professionally around customers and other trades.

Responsibilities
Assist journeymen and lead electricians on residential and light commercial projects
Pull wire, install boxes, devices, lighting, breakers, conduit, and electrical equipment
Help with panel upgrades, remodel wiring, EV charger prep, service work, and trim-out
Keep jobsites clean and organized
Follow company standards and safety procedures
Communicate clearly with the team
Track time and job details accurately
Represent Arcline professionally on every job
Requirements
Electrical apprentice experience preferred
Washington electrical trainee card preferred
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools
Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, crawl, bend, and work in typical construction conditions
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
