Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher/Customer Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline communicator between customers, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of service requests and dispatching HVAC and Electrical Service Technicians. Your solution oriented approach will help optimize our operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support efficient job completion.
Duties
Receive incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems and digital communication platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses with excellent phone etiquette.
Dispatch HVAC and Electrical Service technicians to assigned jobs in an efficient route.
Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities job invoices.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding work performed and upcoming repairs using clear and professional communication skills.
Support fleet management by monitoring vehicle utilization and assisting with maintenance scheduling as needed.
Requirements
Strong analysis skills for route planning and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism.
Data entry accuracy with typing speeds that support efficient documentation of dispatch activities.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
