Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant
Location: Lewiston, ID 83501
Pay: From $17+/HR, Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation & sick pay. Dental and Vision Benefit options covered at 100%. Three Medical plans to choose from, cost varies depending on plan.

The Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for all office guests and is responsible for providing excellent customer service upon their arrival and ensuring their needs are met during their visit. This position is also the first point of contact for incoming calls and is responsible for answering calls, determining their purpose, and directing to appropriate department and/or staff while providing exceptional customer service. This position will also have administrative duties such as entering payables, assisting with payable check runs and year end tasks, creating reports, invoicing,
Position Summary:
Greet all customers, determine their needs, and direct to proper personnel
Answer calls providing excellent customer service, determine their needs, and route calls/messages to appropriate department and/or personnel
Updating customer contact information in our system
Collect customer payments
Data entry
Accurate invoicing
Creation of spreadsheets or documents
Organizing information from reports or spreadsheets
Filing
Accounts Payable assistance to include: Matching invoices with packing slips, Entering bills, scanning and uploading to the correct software, ensuring their accuracy, balancing vendor accounts, check runs, and year end tasks
Creating purchase order #'s for project managers as needed
Assists management team and other departments as needed
Other administrative duties as needed
Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Outstanding Customer Service both in person and over the phone
Excellent communication both verbally and written
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and other related software
Strong multitasking ability
Strong attention to details
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Upbeat Personality

Ability to quickly learn new computer software
Previous office experience
Previous accounts payable experience
