Plumbing Laborer / Apprentice

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Laborer / Apprentice to join our growing team in the Bellevue and Kirkland area. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Ideal for someone looking to start a career in the plumbing trade and grow with a reputable company.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed plumbers with residential and/or commercial plumbing installations and repairs
Carry, load, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
Cut, measure, and assemble piping (PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron) under supervision
Assist with installing plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and garbage disposals
Support rough-in and finish plumbing work
Dig trenches and prepare job sites for pipe installation when required
Perform basic maintenance tasks, including drain cleaning and part replacement
Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools
Follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Communicate effectively with plumbers, supervisors, and team members
Learn plumbing systems, codes, and best practices through hands-on training
Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers when applicable
Qualifications
No prior plumbing experience required (experience is a plus)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation to job sites in Bellevue and Kirkland
Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
