Required Qualifications :
Insurable by Company insurance carrier
High school Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Willingness to learn the HVAC trade
Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
Understand basic construction method
Ability to demonstrate dependability
Willingness to invest in the trade
Qualifications Desired :
Great communication skills
Mechanical aptitude
Industry Certifications
Outgoing team player with the ability to work independently
