Welder | 2nd Shift
Welder / Fabricator – Arlington, WA
$25–$40/hr. | 4-Day Workweek | 1st & 2nd Shift Openings

What You’ll Do:
As a Welder at Newell Corp, you will be responsible for material/weld preparations, weldment fit-up, dimensional inspections and finish welding of products such as aerospace tooling, lifting equipment, construction equipment and weld build-ups for machinery repair.

Welder Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or other welding processes as required
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What You Bring:
Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to pass a hands-on weld test to demonstrate welding ability

Shift Schedules:
1st Shift: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m., Monday-Thursday

Pay & Perks:
Pay Range: $25-$40 per hour, plus 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
