HVAC Service Technician
First Call Heating & Cooling – Oregon City, OR
Pay: $20–$26 per hour DOE, plus SPIFF opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call shifts may be required.
First Call Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician Level I to join our team in Oregon City. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while working alongside experienced technicians and receiving hands-on training. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the trade.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform planned maintenance with support from senior technicians
Complete service checklists and related paperwork accurately
Travel to scheduled job sites throughout the workday
Operate company vehicle safely and professionally
Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and customer follow-up needs
Follow directions from supervisors and trainers
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Participate in training seminars and continued education opportunities
Rotate into on-call emergency service schedule as needed
