Job Summary - We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble, test, and inspect high-precision scientific instruments according to engineering specifications and blueprints. This position will also include final packaging of customer orders. We value candidates who bring relevant hands-on experience and are eager to grow their skills with us.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble simple to complex electromechanical systems using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings
Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical fastening of components *This position relies heavily on soldering and wiring*
Test and inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards
Carefully package delicate scientific instruments according to instructions
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
Work effectively with the production team using good communication and basic computer skills
Qualifications

Strong manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail
Prior experience with hand/power tools, soldering, and measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn company-specific processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field
Soldering experience and familiarity with soldering principles or IPC Certification.
