We are not looking for a welder.
We are looking for someone who happens to weld.

Experience with fabrication, welding, blueprint reading, machining, hydraulics, equipment repair, process improvement, or Lean manufacturing is valuable. However, we care more about mindset than résumé. Skills can be taught. Attitude cannot.
