Hey everyone! We're a local electrical company (kammerelectric.com) and we're looking to add an Electrical Apprentice to our crew.
Here's the deal - we need someone with real field experience. At least 1 year of hands-on residential electrical work. If you've done rough-in wiring, device and fixture installs, panel work, or similar on actual job sites, we want to talk to you.
This is NOT the right fit if:
❌ You're brand new to the trade with no field time
❌ Your experience is mainly materials handling or warehouse work
❌ You've only worked in a shop - we need job site experience
❌ You're currently enrolled in JATC (we are legally unable to hiring active students participating in the program)
What we're looking for:
✅ 1+ year of residential electrical field experience
✅ Familiar with basic electrical safety and code
✅ Dependable, shows up on time, takes pride in their work
✅ Driver's license preferred
