Experiences:
One year of medical office (required) (3 yrs preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology (required)
Dedicated to teamwork (required)
Dermatology experience (preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry in EHR (preferably ModMed EMA)
Take and record patient vitals
Room patients and conduct thorough intake assessments
Administer injections
Sterile environments & techniques
Assist providers with medical procedures
Stock exam rooms and maintain necessary supplies
Process lab orders and manage results
Handle prescription refills and complete preauthorization forms
Follow up on patient requests and calls
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
