Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic welding and fabrication tasks under supervision.
- Learn and apply different welding techniques and processes.
- Interpret simple blueprints and drawings with guidance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
- Collaborate with senior fabricators and team members to complete projects.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of welding techniques (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn and use electrical/manual tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Basic communication skills in English.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on initial skill level and progress.
- Required welding test for all applicants
