About Us
We are a farm in Wilson Creek. We are building a large new house and garage that will take a year or two to build, and may have a large development in Grand Coulee after that with multiple buildings.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. We want someone willing to do any work we request, whether that be helping with farm tasks like baling hay or spraying weeds or helping us run our rock crusher plant or weld if that is in your skill set.
Responsibilities
We are open to anyone from entry level labor to highly experienced and skilled workers. Skill areas can include:
Assist in concrete forming and pouring for various construction projects.
Participate in remodeling tasks, including demolition and installation of new structures.
Perform trim carpentry work, ensuring precise measurements and cuts.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed on job sites.
Support roofing activities, including installation and repairs of roofing materials.
Help with siding installation to enhance the exterior of buildings.
Engage in metal building erection, following safety protocols and guidelines.
Utilize power tools effectively for various construction tasks while adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of concrete, framing, roofing, carpentry, and other trades is helpful
Familiarity with remodeling processes and trim carpentry skills is advantageous.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is a plus
Proficient in using power tools and understanding their safe operation.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety on the job site.
