Fire Sprinkler Service Technician perform service, repairs, and inspections associated with fire sprinkler systems and other water-based equipment in accordance with all national and local standards. Our Fire Sprinkler Service Technician specialized skills, knowledge surround state/federal regulations, and commitment to proper system functioning play a critical role in safeguarding lives, property, and businesses from the devastating effects of fires.



As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will:

Assist with or perform installation, repair, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, underground and fire pumps.
Work well with others, take ownership, be a team player, and act with integrity.
Assist with or perform installation, repair, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, underground and fire pumps.
Assist with or perform fire sprinkler, fire pump and other water-based equipment inspections and testing.
Properly document deficiencies/impairments noted during inspections or service work and follow required process of reporting deficiencies while on-site.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all work performed.
Generate reports within Siemens digital tools.
Complete service ticket documentation before leaving customer site to include customer signature.
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operations and assist with training.
Work overtime when needed.
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
This position reports to the local Supervisor and takes direction from a mentor and Lead Technician.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or state-recognized GED
No prior work experience is required
Must be willing and able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
Must be able to demonstrate:
The ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Customer-facing and customer service skills
Ability and willingness to follow and maintain highly structured schedules
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Must possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program

The pay range for this position is $46,553 - $79,805 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
