Salary Range: $33.94-$39.74 per hour DOE
Terms of Employment:
8 hours per day, 260 working days. Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Employee benefits include medical,

Administrative Assistant to the Technology and Data Systems Director
Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Administration and Google Workspace (Admin Console) required
• Demonstrated experience in end-user technical support, including troubleshooting computers, Chromebooks, and printers
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and database management tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a solution-oriented team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with staff, students, and community members
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring prolonged sitting, standing, and walking
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel within the district to provide on-site hardware and software support and troubleshooting.
Reports To Technology and Data Systems Director
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computers, printers, and related hardware and software systems
• Plan, coordinate, and implement upgrades for district hardware and software systems
• Administer and maintain device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools
• Support the management and maintenance of district-wide software systems, including but not limited to Skyward, Adobe, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Assist with purchase requisitions, procurement processes, and budget tracking for technology-related needs
• Organize, maintain, and audit district technology inventory and equipment records to include the Fixed Asset System
• Support the maintenance and updating of the district website; collaborate with district office staff to ensure timely and accurate posting of board documents and other content
• Assist in the coordination, documentation, and compliance of technology-related programs and projects, including E-Rate,
equipment acquisition, and surplus disposition
• Assist in ensuring website accessibility compliance, including management of ADA-related documentation
• Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from staff, students, and community members via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation; provide training to staff on new technologies and systems
• Other duties as assigned.
