Job Description:
CMI, a leading grower and shipper of premium fruit, is seeking a motivated Sales Support professional to join our sales team in Wenatchee, Washington. This role is well suited for individuals looking to build a career within a dynamic sales organization and gain exposure to customer accounts, order management, and cross-functional coordination.
The Sales Support position will assist the sales team in the daily management of customer accounts while developing a strong understanding of the business, systems, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with clerical management of customer accounts
Order entry and ongoing order management
Truck dispatch coordination
Documentation and invoicing support
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
