Responsibilities:
Examples of the job responsibilities of a Drain Cleaning Technician include:
Meet with customers in their home to assist in solving plumbing/drain issues
Perform service to plumbing/drain lines
Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to foster business relationships and to explain repairs and replacement options to customers
Performing preventative maintenance on residential plumbing/drain lines
Building rapport with customers
Recording all information and relaying said information back to the corresponding office staff
Skills, ability, and knowledge that are needed to fulfill this position:
Punctuality and exceptional attendance are a requirement for this position
Must be personable and able to connect with customers
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in aiding plumbing/drain lines
Ability to work independently
Ability to take direction to better service and work functionality
Ability to use a jetter and scope a line.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
