Role Overview: As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll embark on a hands-on learning journey where you'll gain practical experience and foundational skills in the plumbing trade. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems while building a strong foundation for a successful career in plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.
Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand system layouts.
Help with the preparation and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor plumbing issues.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in the plumbing trade.
Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from experienced professionals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical condition and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Summary
Hourly wage: 18.50-25.00 per hour, based on experience and skills
Work schedule: 4/10 hour shifts, providing a 3-day weekend every week
Benefits package: comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage after 60 days of employment, fully paid by the company
