Duties
Assist senior plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on construction sites. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems. Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and effectively. Support the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and mechanical components following technical specifications. Participate in remodeling projects by performing maintenance tasks and handyman duties as directed. Help with site preparation, material handling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards on construction sites. Gain experience in field service tasks such as troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing routine inspections.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework in construction or plumbing is a plus. Strong interest in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and building trades. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and understanding schematics. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques . Previous construction site experience or handyman work is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Mechanical aptitude with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and teamwork.
