Summary
We are seeking a versatile "Jack of All Trades" to join our team at Xpress. This position involves a variety of tasks related to emergency response and construction projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and support during critical situations. The right person will have an ability to locate problems and come up with solutions. Tracking down roof leaks, pressure water line leaks in cavities, crawlspace leaks. Really looking for that special person that can handle any task, alone or with help, and be able to communicate findings and recommendations for proper repair work.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of tasks including building, fabricating, and restoring structures.
Be intuitive and have a wilingness to figure out a solution to a problem.
Utilize hand tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and quality control.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction or related fields is essential.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction specifications.
Basic plumbing knowledge are highly desirable.
Experience with hand tools, mud, tape, texture painting etc.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
