Warninger Chiropractic Clinic in Yakima, WA is seeking a bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain paper and electronic records, verify insurance eligibility, answer phones and support front-office operations to ensure a positive patient experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required to communicate with clients
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical office experience preferred
EMR & billing software experience
Manage multi-line phone calls and appointment scheduling
Attention to detail with patient information
Payment processing and strong customer service
