Responsibilities
Assist experienced handymen with repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks
Learn the safe operation and maintenance of hand and power tools
Set up and clean up job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Transport tools and materials between vehicles and job sites
Support painting, drywall, carpentry, and fixture installation projects
Follow project plans, company procedures, and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company
Requirements
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Clean and reliable vehicle for traveling to scheduled work sites
Willingness to complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with homeowners and teammates
Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to punctuality
Previous hands-on experience with home repairs, maintenance, or personal DIY projects
Basic familiarity with common household tools
Nice to Have
Previous experience assisting on construction, maintenance, or handyman projects
Knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, drywall, or fixture installation
Strong customer service skills
