Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction worker to join our team. The employee will assist with various construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, framing, concrete work, clean-up, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to follow directions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in general construction tasks (demolition, framing, concrete, etc.)
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Support team leads and supervisors as needed
Requirements:
Previous construction experience preferred (but not required)
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
Pay: Based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
