$21.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the dispatch board to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, urgency, and location
Coordinate and schedule sold work (installations, repairs, and projects)
Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and with care
Accurately document and update all job information in ServiceTitan
Support field teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (both with customers and internal teams)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt quickly and stay effective as priorities shift throughout the day
Proficient with complex software interfaces
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience dispatching for a service based company
Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software
Basic understanding of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using software or logic-based systems to minimize drive time
