Job Summary
Air-Tech Services and Filters is seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Retrofit Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on residential retrofit installations, equipment replacements, duct modifications, and system upgrades. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and works well with both customers and team members.
Responsibilities
Remove and replace residential HVAC systems
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
Perform ductwork modifications and transitions as needed
Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, thermostats, and accessories
Start up and test HVAC systems for proper operation
Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
Skills
Minimum [2+] years HVAC installation or retrofit experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawl spaces
Good communication and customer service skills
Experience with heat pumps and ductless systems is a plus
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
