Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
Lead, train, and support junior installers
Troubleshoot complex issues
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
Provide excellent client communication and service
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
Proven bidding and cost‑estimation experience
Creative problem‑solver with strong technical skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Leadership and team‑management experience
Valid HVAC certifications and state‑required licenses
Clean driving record
