HVAC Service Technician – $35–$40/hr + Commissions | No Weekends
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Complete whole-home system inspections
Present multi-option service proposals to customers
Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Collaborate with install coordinators, dispatch, and customer service
Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and equipment
Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and service KPIs
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (6:30am–6:00pm, schedule varies)
$35–$40/hr + 2% commission on sales and service work
No weekend work

What You’ll Bring:
2+ years HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong sales and communication skills
