Job Summary:
Welder Field Installer will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, operating various field installation machinery, ensuring quality production, maintaining safety compliance, and contributing to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities -Erection & Welding, Machine Operations, Production & Reporting
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in welding and metal fabrication.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
Skills: o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication equipment. oStrong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and squares.
Physical Requirements: o Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Certifications: AWS, WABO, or equivalent welding certification preferred (not required but a plus).
