Position Overview
We are seeking skilled welders to join our team as Pile Driver Apprentices. This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry with advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform field welding on various construction projects
• Assist with general labor duties on job sites
• Work collaboratively within our composite crews
• Complete diverse tasks that vary between job sites
• Adapt to changing daily requirements (some days may involve full-day welding, while others may include different tasks)
Qualifications
• Welding experience or formal training
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina for construction site duties
• Interest in developing a career in the pile driving/construction industry
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Compensation & Benefits
• Union-established pay rates:
o First period apprentice: $37.16/hour
o Journeyman: $61.94/hour
• Comprehensive benefits package
