We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional service, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and educating customers about their home comfort needs.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $45.00 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
Diagnostics, repairs, and tune-ups on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, etc.
Educating customers and selling necessary repairs and maintenance agreements
Using an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office
Qualifications:
2+ years field experience as an HVAC residential service technician
EPA Certified
Washington State 06A or 06B (Desired)
Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential HVAC projects
Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers
Strong leadership skills and work ethics are a must!
Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position of HVAC Service Technician
