Perry Tech does not offer on-campus housing; however, students may apply for housing in the dorms at Yakima Valley Community College, located a short distance (1.5 miles) from the Perry campus. Additionally, there are also a variety of reasonably priced apartments and homes for rent near the school. Perry Tech strongly encourages students to pursue renters/homeowners, auto, and health insurance. This insurance can be obtained from most insurance agents.
