Finding the right place to live is an important part of your transition to Perry Technical Institute. While we don't offer on-campus housing, the resources below can help you get started on your search. Many rentals have waitlists, so it's best to reach out to providers early. PTI has an agreement in place with the Yakima Valley College (YVC) dorms that allows our students to apply for housing there. The YVC dorms are located a short distance (1.5 miles) from the Perry campus.
Students are also encouraged to browse local housing options using the various search engines provided below.
