Thank you for your interest in supporting student scholarships through the Perry Technical Foundation’s truly unique ‘Win a Home’ campaign. Not only will all the profits from ticket sales benefit student scholarships, but also students in the Construction, Electrical, HVAC/R and Plumbing programs have the opportunity to develop their hands-on skills as they collaborate in building the 2,522 sq. ft. home.

2021 'Win a Home' Raffle Winner
Located at 2101 S. 74th Ave. in Yakima, this home is estimated to be worth $400,000. Tickets are $100 each with a maximum of 6,000 tickets to be sold. If less than 4,000 tickets are sold, the prize will be 50% of ticket sales, less expenses. Last day to purchase tickets is Fri., Dec. 31st, 2021, and the drawing is scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2022. The drawing will NOT be open to the public, but will be live streamed online. The live link will be shared as we approach the drawing date.
Please note: 'Win a Home' raffle tickets may not be sold or transferred to another buyer, and can only be purchased from a designated ticket sale location or from a Perry Tech employee/volunteer.

Under WA State Gambling Commission (WAC 230-11-030) tickets cannot be sold over the internet or telephone.
